Branding a new  kind of leadership.

Redsky is a leadership development consultancy that helps individuals and organisations unlock potential through meaningful, human-centred transformation.

Challenge

While their work is rooted in empathy, insight and clarity, their previous brand didn’t reflect the depth or warmth of their approach. They needed a brand identity that could capture the conversational nature of their work, reflect their values, and equip the team with flexible tools to create tailored experiences for every client.

Idea

At the heart of Redsky’s work is open and honest dialogue that sparks reflection and drives change. The new identity takes this as its starting point.

A geometric brandmark combines a stylised cloud with a subtle speech mark, symbolising clarity, growth and potential. This sits at the centre of a flexible design system: speech bubble forms, a vibrant yet grounded colour palette, and a suite of custom icons that brings clarity to learning content.

Photography plays a key role too, using relaxed, candid imagery to reflect the real human connections Redsky builds. To tie it all together, a warm, confident tone of voice encourages reflection while opening the door to new ways of thinking.
