Jon is a thoughtful and inspiring creative leader with 15+ years’ experience building standout brands. Known for his nurturing, human-first approach, Jon brings out the best in his team, pushing creative boundaries while keeping strategy front and centre.

Mike is the numbers guy making sure OurCreative. runs smoothly behind the scenes. From payroll and supplier payments to insurance, banking and financial planning and reporting, he keeps all the financial wheels turning.

With a background in finance and accountancy since 2007 and co-leading the agency since it became independent in 2018, Mike brings focus and commercial nous to everything he does. Not a creative by trade, but a champion of the creative process – and of keeping Kim’s spending in check!

Sara leads Our client services team with calm confidence and a sharp eye for detail. After more than a decade in the industry – spanning nimble start-ups and in-house roles to global agencies and creative consultancies – Sara is an expert at keeping plates spinning and expectations exceeded.

She thrives on the energy of a great meeting, the buzz of a strong creative reveal, and the satisfaction of seeing a project through from first chat to final delivery. Whether she’s working with retail giants like Asda or shaping the future of independents like Dawat and Fairfields Farm, Sara’s goal is always the same: to be a trusted extension of every client team.

With 20+ years in the industry – and two decades at OurCreative. – Gareth brings a steady hand and sharp eye to everything he touches. As Design Director, he leads projects from first spark to final sign-off, combining creative vision with meticulous attention to detail.

He’s hands-on throughout the process, guiding teams and clients to ensure the work stays true to the idea and lands with impact. Highlights from his career include rebrands for household names like Jamie Oliver and Levi Roots (bonus: he got to meet them both), and a Gold DBA for Asda’s Chosen By You range, proving that great design delivers real results.

Joe thrives on big ideas and bigger ambition, shaping brands that not only look great, but feel right. As Design Director, he combines strategic thinking with instinctive creativity to help brands connect with the people they’re made for.

He’s been with the agency for 15 years, learning how to turn scribbles into shelf standouts, and good thinking into great work. From category-shifting rebrands like Just Essentials to cult favourites like Tabasco, Joe’s work spans every kind of brand, including challengers like Wolfe Bros, which he’s helped grow from the ground up.

For Joe, there's something from every project that stays with him, even the ones that never make it out the door.

Paul makes sure Our work makes it to the real world intact. As Production Director, he takes design files and fine-tunes them for every print process, protecting the creative intent while navigating the realities of print at scale.

With over 30 years in the industry (including his first Illustrator job back in 1991, when the software was more pain than precision), Paul brings a rare depth of knowledge to every project. He’s worked on everything from retouching for Cosmopolitan and Marie Claire before digital editing was the norm, to getting Asda’s designs looking spot-on across a huge range of formats.

A stickler for quality, Paul’s goal is simple: minimum compromise, maximum impact.
