Mike is the numbers guy making sure OurCreative. runs smoothly behind the scenes. From payroll and supplier payments to insurance, banking and financial planning and reporting, he keeps all the financial wheels turning.

With a background in finance and accountancy since 2007 and co-leading the agency since it became independent in 2018, Mike brings focus and commercial nous to everything he does. Not a creative by trade, but a champion of the creative process – and of keeping Kim’s spending in check!

Sara leads Our client services team with calm confidence and a sharp eye for detail. After more than a decade in the industry – spanning nimble start-ups and in-house roles to global agencies and creative consultancies – Sara is an expert at keeping plates spinning and expectations exceeded.
