An experienced, energetic and proactive Account Manager, we need you to hit the deck running, getting under the skin of our business and clients, quickly starting to impress.
You’ll be key to building relationships with our clients and as their first point of contact, you’ll need to have a sunny, positive personality that makes everyone feel welcome. It’s these bonds with our clients that lead to more exciting projects and ultimately increased revenue.
Tenacious and proactive, we need a duracell bunny, who can take initiative and be fully accountable for their accounts and projects.
A people person, with great communication skills, one minute you’ll be our clients counsellor, the next you’ll be deciphering the requirements of their brief and relaying it in an exciting way to our internal team. As first point of contact you’ll have to be a tough cookie who can react well to tricky feedback and requests.
You’ll need to ensure that the relevant resource is in place for every stage of your projects and escalate any concerns you may have.
With a devilish eye for detail that means you get off on making sure every “i” is dotted and every “t” is crossed. Commercially aware, you’ll need to write up cost proposals and ensure that your projects are completed on time and on budget.
It’s a varied role, that encompasses a wide range of tasks working within a busy client service team. The rest of the gang are experienced and super helpful and will help you to shine in your role. You’ll be part of their team, they’ll have your back and in return you’ll be expected to have theirs, we win and lose together.
PS, there’s no primadonnas here, you’ll have to make a brew and load the dishwasher, just like everyone else!
